The Site is operated by CN Aesthetic Partners, LLC d/b/a MATERA (“MATERA,” “we,” “us”). Clinical services described on the Site are provided by an affiliated professional corporation and its licensed clinicians.

The Site is for general informational purposes only. Content on the Site — including descriptions of treatments, technologies, and outcomes — is not medical advice, does not establish a physician-patient or provider-patient relationship, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
No treatment is provided through the Site. Any treatment plan is determined only after an in-person or telehealth evaluation by a licensed clinician. Individual results vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Site, email, or text messaging to report a medical emergency or urgent clinical concern.
Please do not submit medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, photographs, or other sensitive health information through our contact form, by email, or by text message. These channels are not secure and are not intended for protected health information. Clinical details are collected securely during your consultation.
Information you submit through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to submit our contact form or to request services. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that the email address and telephone number you provide belong to you.
By checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from MATERA at the telephone number and email address you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded voice, regarding your inquiry, your care, appointment scheduling and reminders, and marketing about our services.
Your participation in this program is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Appointment scheduling, deposits, cancellation and rescheduling requirements, pricing, and refunds are governed by the separate agreements and policies provided to you at or before the time of booking. Pricing and availability shown or discussed on the Site are estimates only and are subject to change. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services at a stated price.

This section does not limit or disclaim any obligation or liability arising from the provision of clinical services, which is governed by applicable law and by the agreements you receive as a patient.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MATERA and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury arising from clinical care.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MATERA and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes means you accept them.
